A two-year-old child is in a life-threatening condition after being ignored by parents that the child needs medical attention. Instead, they went to parties at various places throughout the city.
The boy's parents are in custody, but the boy is still struggling with his life. The arrest affidavit mentions that the boy suffered injuries and internal wounds around the body, including deformed lungs, ribs in four debris, intestinal bleeding, liver and kidney damage and even black eyes.
The Shreport Police Department now has 28-year-old Kevin Wiggins and his partner Jessica D. Fisher is arrested for the criminal offense of first-degree murder. While the parents are serving clear jail time at the Shreveport City Jail, local news outlets tried to reach the parents' attorney for further comment about the case. But it is uncertain whether either of the two lawyers had any lawyer.
Jessica d. Fisher took the boy to the hospital, and medics at the hospital stated that the boy had been abused and caused physical damage. In the mean time, the dad has been captured for other various charges, including 13 petty criminal offenses and one tally of ownership of cannabis. The date for the further lawful procedures has not been booked at this point.
