150,000$ lawsuit has been filed against supermodel Emily Ratajkowski for posting her own photo on Instagram. The lawsuit has been filed by paparazzi photographer "Robert O Neil" in a case of copyright infringement. Not only this, he has also asked Emily to give all the earnings from the photo.

According to Neil, Emily posted a photo without her will on her Instagram story. However this is not the first time Neil has sued an artist for posting a photo. Earlier, he had filed a similar case against Gigi Hadid.

According to Robert O'Neill, the photo 28-year-old Emily posted on her Insta story with the caption "Mood Forever" was clicked by her. Neil says that the model has used the photo unlicensed.

Robert had earlier also filed a case against model Gigi Hadid for posting a photo of singer Jayan Malik. Last week, star singer Justin Bieber was also caught in a similar case. Justin was photographed by photographer Robert Barbara.
